The module simplifies sharing of patient information just by click of a button. The referral information will include patient chart, selective progress notes, xrays, intra-oral pictures and communication messages between the providers. The system also has an expiry date at which access to the records is terminated.tab32 announces the release of HIPAA compliant patient referral software for the dentist. The new module will assist in compliance with secured data sharing to eliminate the prevailing non-compliant practices like emails, prints and unsecured faxes.
The referred provider will receive an email notification with instructions to access the patient record through login (or create login).
