No paper forms to scan anymore!
tab32 releases customizable e-consent forms which can be filled and signed within EHR software.
a) The e-consent form saves time and labor of managing paper forms.
Today most dental practices' uses paper forms which are either stored along with patient chart file or scanned into practice management system. The new customizable e-consent forms completely eliminates the paper and makes it avalabile within tab32 EHR system.
b) The e-consent forms are fully customizable.
The forms can be customized to use any HTML5 input element. The new e-consent forms can be used to document patitent conset for exam (example screenshot on right), extractions, fillings, ortho contract, financial, etc...
This feature will be availble to all Dental PM platform users. A sample consent form will be made available to all users including free users.
